Choir Reunion Weekend
Help celebrate our 200th Anniversary by joining us for this special weekend of music and fellowship!
On this exceptional weekend (Oct 11-12), several events will celebrate our rich music history. Alumnae and current members of MSUMC choirs—Wesleyan Chorus, Chapel, Intergenerational, and any children’s choirs—will meet on Saturday for rehearsal. On Saturday evening, Aaron Miller, former choir director and renowned organist, will perform an organ concert.
The weekend will culminate with Sunday worship. This special worship service will include past MSUMC music directors Chris Koon, Aaron Miller, Steve Schall, and Clarence Smith leading us in song. Each has selected a special piece to perform, and Aaron has created a commissioned work to honor the wonderful ministry of music at MSUMC.
